Returns will be considered within 30 days of delivery and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted.
Acceptable reasons for returns include but are not limited to, damage during shipping, wear and tear that occurs within 30 days etc. I pride myself on providing quality goods, so anything that happens within 30 days will be fixed for free. Customer pays return shipping, and I will ship it back for free. If something happens outside of the 30 days, please contact me and I can assess how to help!
Returns typically won’t be accepted if the customer is surprised by the size of a pendant or macrame, length of chain etc. This information is very specific in all listings and is the consumer’s responsibility to determine if a chain needs to be longer, or if you would prefer a smaller pendant. All of my creations are customizable to a degree, and I can recreate anything you think you’d like larger or smaller. I love to give people exactly what they want, so please reach out prior to ordering if you have any specific request or have any questions.
Many macrames are folded during the shipping process and may need minor adjusting and straightening upon arrival. A comb can be used to adjust any fine fringe. If you have any concerns, please reach out and I can direct you as best as I can!
While the color is permanent, it’s recommended to keep dyed macrames out of direct sunlight and out of contact with water. Macrames that are not dyed can be used for indoor and outdoor use.
